STEP 1: Design Consultation & Preliminary Bid

Sales consultants can visit the residence or clients can visit our showroom. At this time we gather all pertinent information about the project and will get the preliminary measurements, with these two items we can give an accurate initial quote. Once the initial quote is reviewed and confirmed then a technician is scheduled to perform the physical measure template.

STEP 2: Design Template at Residence

Measure Technician will perform the laser template and review the project details for accuracy onsite.  Once complete, the final project cost can be generated from the measurements and info is returned to our Customer Service team.

STEP 3: Final Review & Logistics

The customer service team reviews the project information with the customer for accuracy and the job is sent to logistics. Logistics will then review the CAD drawings for accuracy and give the customer service team a confirmation date. Then the job can be scheduled for installation with the customer.

STEP 4: Fabrication

The material chosen by the customer is cut to the specific dimensions taken onsite, then goes through a rigorous Quality Control process at each phase of the fabrication process.

STEP 5: Installation

Installation takes between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the job. Once the installation is complete the team will review the completed project and make sure it meets the customer’s expectations. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
